Karate Striking against Cancer 4th May

Charity group picture

A massive thank you to all who attended the Hitchin Karate club charity event this morning, we had over 70 participants and raised over £600 with more sponsorship forms to come in next week, I can’t thank everyone enough for their generosity, 1500 strikes was harder to do than I anticipated but everyone gave their all and kept going until the end, you are all stars. I also want to thank the instructors who came and did their bit in making the day work. Thank you all again,
Sensei Angus
